Our partnership with Ensombl allowed us to parachute right into the heart of what advisers care about.

For Kate Winkler, National Manager of Education and Engagement at Colonial First State (CFS), their partnership with Ensombl allowed them to “parachute right into the heart of what advisers care about”.

Sharing a strong desire to help the financial advice profession grow and prosper, CFS and Ensombl worked together to build a program of altruistic support designed to drive the betterment of advice and greater community financial literacy.

Taking the form of a unique online community for advisers completing their Professional Year (PY), and supported by extensive practice management and professional development resources, the success of the program exceeded all expectations, smashing even its stretch goal in a matter of months.

For Winkler, the strict rules of engagement applied within the broader Ensombl advice community give the co-created content so much more credibility, authority, and respect in the market, underpinning the incredible results seen.

Winkler also sees the Ensombl way of working as a point of difference and a major success driver:

“Emily (Jenkins) and the Ensombl crew felt like an extension of the CFS team. We all worked together, bringing energy and ideas to the table, with a shared goal and a shared sense of success. To me, Ensombl redefines the idea of a partnership”.
